What is the process for creating a group account?
Creating a group account with CPR Professor is easy. What payment options are available for group training?
Group billing is handled on net 30 terms. After your group is successfully registered, an invoice will be issued promptly. You can conveniently pay online via credit card or choose to send a check by mail. We offer flexible payment methods to ensure a seamless and easy transaction experience.
How can we obtain the certifications?
Once participants successfully complete the course, they will be able to download their certificate and wallet card directly. An email confirmation will also be sent to the designated account manager, including the certificates. Both participants and employers will retain ongoing access to the certificates through our website.
